Moraine Zorro and Mac Cruz were slow to begin.
Sky High Riot underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the Steward's request and was found to have a right-fore split webbing. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Jellybean Prince was severely checked soon after the start, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left-hind hock fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
