In accordance with GAR 122, the Stewards requested Mr. Clark to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Bye George in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.

Grayden underwent a post–race veterinary examination for frequency of racing and was found to have a sand toe injury. No stand down period was imposed.

Hugo underwent a post–race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have right foreleg laceration. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Here Comes Pie turned its head and visibly eased in the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasions and spike wounds to the left fore and left hindlegs. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Des Douch regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Here Comes Pie was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Douch pled guilty to the charge, Here Comes Pie was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Soi Cowboy and Ocean Explorer were slow to begin.

Queen Zipper lost ground in back straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Baby – New declared weight of 32.3 kg, last raced at 33.7 kg. 

A pre–race sample was taken from Athena. 

Baby crossed to the outside in the home straight, fell after the finish line and underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising to the left fore foot. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Kerry Minne regarding the greyhound's performance and racing manners in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Ms Minne, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards deemed the performance of Baby unsatisfactory. Baby must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 129, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
