Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was taken from Oboya Bale.
Beastly Boy was slow to begin.
Zhenye Bale turned it's head outwards approaching the winning post, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Ms Deborah Coleman regarding Zhenye Bale’s racing manners approaching the wining post.. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Zhenye Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Ms Coleman pled guilty to the charge, Zhenye Bale was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
