A sample was unable to be obtained from Don’t Tell Julie upon arrival at the course.  A post race sample was subsequently taken.

Rothwell Elzinga, Lochan Aura and She’s Blushing were slow to begin.  Don’t Tell Julie and Jimali collided on the first turn.  Rothwell ElzInga checked off She’s Blushing on the first turn.  Rothwell Elzinga galloped on She’s Blushing on the home turn.

I’m Indigo and Kick It Home were quick to begin.  Street Of Dreams was slow to begin.  Rattling Rosie, Go Gigi Go and Mini Dimmy collided on the first turn checking Ambrose Bale, severely checking Mini Dimmy and Street Of Dreams.  I’m Indigo checked off Kick It Home on the first turn checking Go Gigi Go.  Rattling Rosie marred Kick It Home entering the home straight severely checking both greyhounds.  Rattling Rosie turned its head outwards approaching the winning post.  Kick It Home pulled up prior to entering the catching pen.

Rattling Rosie underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right triangle muscle.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to owner Mr. David Pryse regarding the greyhound’s racing manners entering the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Rattling Rosie was charged with marring.  Mr. Pryse pleaded guilty to the charge, Rattling Rosie was suspended for 28 days at Geelong only and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Kick It Home underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left groin.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to representative Ms. Rickii-Lee Church and issued an official warning regarding the greyhound failing to enter the catching pen. Stewards further advised that should Kick It Home fail to run past the return gate in future events, that Stewards will consider placing the greyhound on a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR71.

Who Told Shorty was quick to begin.  Inside Job and Left Right Now were slow to begin.  Romina Bale and Winlock Crewe collided approaching the first turn checking Romina Bale.  Winlock Crewe checked off Inside Job on the first turn.  Romina Bale checked off Winlock Crewe on the first turn. Inside Job checked off Tybalt Bale approaching the home turn.  Winlock Crewe and Inside Job collided entering the home straight.

A sample was taken from El Cazador upon arrival at the course.

El Cazador was slow to begin.  Chop Scotch and Blazing Times collided soon after the start.  El Cazador, Aussie Built and Blazing Times collided in the back straight.  Chop Scotch and Voltage Spike collided approaching the first turn checking Chop Scotch.

Wedding Or Baby was quick to begin.  Orson Seth was slow to begin.  Kenji Bale and Parasite collided soon after the start checking Parasite.  Kenji Bale and Run Machine collided approaching the first turn.  Loretta Bale and Run Machine collided entering the home straight.

White Flower was quick to begin.  Thunder Dash and Suvla Bay collided soon after the start checking Thunder Dash.  Noah Charles, Big Blazer and Suvla Bay collided soon after the start checking Suvla Bay and Big Blazer.

Stewards spoke to Trainer, Mr. David Burnett, regarding the manner in which Wedding Or Baby raced approaching the finishing line.  After viewing all available video footage, Stewards took no action in the matter.

Wow Star, Indy Juno and Miss Tickle were quick to begin.  Oldrik Bale and Miss Tickle collided soon after the start checking Oldrik Bale.  Snowy’s Brother, Off It’s Chops and Zipping Thor collided in the back straight checking Off It‘s Chops.  Snowy’s Brother and Zipping Thor collided approaching  first turn.  Indy Juno and Wow Star collided approaching the home turn.  Off It‘s Chops and Miss Tickle collided approaching the home turn.  Snowy’s Brother and Zipping Thor collided entering the home straight.  Wow Star, Indy Juno and Snowy’s Brother collided entering the home straight.  Snowy’s Brother, Wow Star and Indy Juno collided in the home straight checking Wow Star and Indy Juno. Zipping Winks was slow to begin.  Oh Yeah Alright, Xylus Bale and Radek Bale collided soon after the start checking Xylus Bale and Radek Bale.  Xylus Bale and Zipping Winks collided on the first turn.  Zipping Winks checked off Xylus Bale on the home turn.  Oh Yeah Alright and Xylus Bale collided entering the home straight.  Radek Bale raced wide in the home straight.

Nova Star - Late scratching at 6.23pm due to the greyhound not being presented by the required kennelling time [GAR 31].  Due to the circumstances surrounding the non-presentation, Trainer, Mr Alan Croxford, was fined $250.

Katari Bale was quick to begin.  Katari Bale and Rule The Galaxy collided soon after the start checking Katari Night.  Rule The Galaxy and Gecko Fernando collided soon after the start checking Gecko Fernando.  Mighty Thanos and Sheriff Demon collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Katari Night and Mighty Thanos collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Gecko Fernando and Sheriff Demon collided on the first turn.

Tannymorel Lass and King Chad were quick to begin.  Guilty, Snake Ivy and Nitro Nikki collided soon after the start checking Snake Ivy and Nitro Nikki. Liberty Royal and Guilty collided on the first turn checking Guilty.  Guilty and Snake Ivy collided approaching the home turn.
