Arapahoe, Why Not Wayne and Pyrenees Grand collided soon after the start. Soldier Spy crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Pyrenees Grand and Why Not Wayne. Arapahoe and Symington collided on the first turn checking Symington and Why Not Wayne. Why Not Wayne and Symington collided entering the back straight severely checking both greyhounds. Jimmi Power and Pyrenees Grand collided on the second turn checking Jimmi Power. Jimmi Power and Arapahoe collided approaching the home turn checking Jimmi Power. Tigee and Arapahoe collided in the home straight. Arapahoe and Why Not Wayne collided approaching the winning post. Zorko raced wide in the home straight.
