Tara Meadow, I'm A Meade and Remo Belle collided soon after the start. Strike Me Mad and Mahlo Express collided several times from approaching the first turn to the first turn checking both greyhounds. Valletta Knight and Tara Meadow collided on the first turn. Valletta Knight and Remo Belle collided on the home turn. Frank's Gun and Fang Larky collided on the home turn. Tara Meadow and I'm A Meade collided in the home straight. Fang Larky and Remo Belle collided in the home straight.
Tara Meadow was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left shoulder, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
