Steward's Report
Teflon Tears was quick to begin.
Crackerjack Nev checked off Saint Jett soon after the start. Plausible Dream, One Thrill, Ollie, Crackerjack Nev, Tinker Count and Cornish Pixie collided soon after the start checking Ollie which lost ground as a result. Crackerjack Nev checked off Cornish Pixie on the first turn and lost ground checking Ollie. Saint Jett checked off One Thrill approaching the home turn. Cornish Pixie checked off Plausible Dream in the home straight. Plausible Dream and One Thrill collided approaching the winning post.
Crackerjack Nev underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following Race 7. Crackerjack Nev was found to have a left triangle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Teflon Tears - the winner of the event.
