Steward's Report

Tigers On Fire– Late scratching at 9.58am under GAR 37(4) on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian after the greyhound was found to be infested with fleas. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance stating the condition no longer exists before any future nomination will be accepted.

Silver Harp and Invictus Xavier were quick to begin.

Invictus Xavier galloped on the heels of Silver Harp approaching the first turn checking Invictus Xavier and severely checking Silver Harp.

Silver Harp underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a thoraco-lumbar injury. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Invictus Xavier underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
