Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade, Ms. Kahlia Johnson did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.
A pre-race sample was taken from Balmoral .
The Start of this event was delayed approximately 1 minute due to Wangaratta Thoroughbreds running behind schedule.
Tinker Calie and Jax Flash collided approaching the 250m mark. Junket Jarrod faltered at the 250m mark and tailed off as a result. Wild Harmony and Hartland Gus collided approaching the 200m mark checking Wild Harmony. Wild harmony, Hartland Gus and Jax Flash collided several times from the 200m mark to the 150m mark.
Junket Jarrod underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
Meeting Details:
The Stewards were advised that the track was shallow harrowed on Tuesday the 30th November 2021.
