Steward's Report
Essential persons (both staff & participants) attending today, provided satisfactory evidence of vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination (workers) directions, undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, observed social distance requirements, and adhered to room density quotients that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.
Just Naughty was quick to begin. Saint Bogan was slow to begin.
Capitulate, Slingshot Zoe, Aston Amber and Bad Medicine collided soon after the start checking Aston Amber. Bad Medicine checked off Capitulate approaching the first turn. Tinker Yvonne and Capitulate collided on the first turn. Bad Medicine checked off Stormy Lights entering the home straight. Capitulate raced wide in the home straight. Stormy Lights, Just Naughty, Slingshot Zoe and Bad Medicine collided in the home straight.
Stewards spoke to Mr Darren Fisher regarding the racing manners of Just Naughty approaching the winning post. After hearing evidence from Mr Fisher viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners.
