Steward's Report
Run Baba Run was quick to begin.
Hill Top Jack, Indy Matilda and Fernando's Quest collided in the front straight, severely checking Indy Matilda and Fernando's Quest, causing Indy Matilda to fall. Fernando's Quest contacted the running rail on the first turn. Xavien Bale and Run Baba Run collided entering the home straight, checking Run Baba Run.
Indy Matilda underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Fernando's Quest underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left stifle area. No stand down period was imposed.
Post-race samples were taken from Lots Of Chatter (1st) and Xavien Bale (2nd).
There was no Front Straight head-on vision for this event.
