Essential persons (both staff & participants) attending today, provided satisfactory evidence of vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination (workers) directions, undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, observed social distance requirements, and adhered to room density quotients that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

The closing time of kennelling was altered in accordance with GAR 31, due to the late arrival of several trainers who experienced significant traffic delays on–route to the track.  The kennels closed at 3:42PM.

Highly Explosive and Earthworm Jim collided soon after the start checking Highly Explosive.  Pirates Patch, Lektra Jena and Western Blazer collided approaching the first turn checking Nine Nine and Western Blazer.  Nine Nine, Highly Explosive, Aston Bel Air and Trendy Universe collided on the first turn checking Nine Nine, Aston Bel Air and Trendy Universe.  Lektra Jena, Earthworm Jim and Western Blazer collided on the second turn checking Lektra Jen.  Lektra Jen and Trendy Universe collided in the back straight checking both greyhounds.  Lektra Jena and Trendy Universe collided on the third turn checking Lektra Jena. 

Green Blazer and Trending Rookie collided soon after the start. Tiberia Bale, Mepunga Legend and Gypsy Vista collided soon after the start checking Mepunga Legend and Gypsy Vista. Mepunga Legend, Gypsy Vista and Stay Strong collided on the first turn checking Gypsy Vista. Tiberia Bale and Indy Ghost collided on the first turn. Gypsy Vista and Indy Ghost collided on the home turn checking Indy Ghost.

Jayville Slick faltered soon after the start and lost ground as a result.  Five Star and Drako Bale collided on the first turn checking Five Star.  My Father's Son, Jayville Slick and Sandra's Sticker collided on the second turn checking Sandra's Sticker.  My Father's Son and Sandra's Sticker collided on the fifth turn checking My Father's Son.  Arby's Lucy and Sandra's Sticker collided on the home turn.

Kasemi, Carry On Liam and Enter The Son collided soon after the start checking all three greyhounds.  Gypsy Bun, Sovereign Wind, Camulos and Lala Ivory collided on the first turn checking Sovereign Wind, Camulos and Lala Ivory.  Carry On Liam, Enter The Son and Happy Ruby collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds.  Enter The Son raced wide on the first turn.  Camulos, Kasemi and Lala Ivory collided on the second turn checking Camulos and Kasemi.  Sovereign Wind and Happy Ruby collided on the second turn.  Carry On Liam faltered on the second turn and lost ground as a result.  Sovereign Wind, Kasemi and Enter The Son collided on the third turn checking Sovereign Wind.

Carry On Liam was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right back injury, a 60 day stand down period was imposed.

All Inn Billy, Merlot and Aratuza Bale were slow to begin.  Soda Saville and Suntory Rose collided soon after the start.  Merlot checked off All Inn Billy on the first turn.  Suntory Rose, All Inn Billy and Merlot collided on the second turn.  All Inn Billy checked off Merlot on the fourth turn.

Javi was quick to begin.  Resurgence was slow to begin.  Westar Aileen and Coterie collided soon after the start.  Coterie checked off Maelynn Bale on the first turn.  Call Me Buster checked off Westar Aileen on the first turn.  Maelynn Bale checked off Westar Aileen on the third turn.  Maelynn Bale clipped the heels of Westar Aileen entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.

Run Machine and Chill Out Webby collided soon after the start.  Weblec Gem and Defy The Critics collided soon after the start checking Weblec Gem.  Decimate, Weblec Gem and Code Blue Sue collided on the first turn, severely checking Weblec Gem which collided with Dundee Hornet.  Code Blue Sue and Dundee Hornet collided on the second turn checking Code Blue Sue.
