Steal Your Style, Contour and Harley Ryder collided soon after the start checking Contour.  Harley Ryder, Bella Mia Rocks and Big Sky Rico collided on the first turn checking Bella Mia Rocks and Big Sky Rico, Big Sky Rico raced wide as a result.  Contour contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost considerable ground.  Bel Air Storm and Bella Mia Rocks collided on the second turn.  Big Sky Rico checked off Bel Air Storm on the home turn.  

Contour underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Mr Tim Britton was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound, Val Ali pursuant to GAR 33.

Val Ali, Orson Ruby and Loxton Bale collided soon after the start checking Orson Ruby.  Nangar Ellie, Retro Rocket and External Link collided approaching the first turn checking Retro Rocket, External Link and Orson Ruby.  Lillico Nikki and Val Ali collided approaching the second turn.  External Link, Val Ali and Orson Ruby collided approaching the home turn checking Orson Ruby.  Cayden Bale checked off Val Ali on the home turn and raced wide.

Nangar Ellie underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left and right hind feet and a left monkey muscle injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Amnesty was quick to begin.  Midnight Snooze and Moraine Izzy were slow to begin.

Midnight Snooze, What Could Be, Forever A Dream, Pechey's Girl, Zambora Alani and Flaming Rush collided on the first turn checking Midnight Snooze, What Could Be, Forever A Dream, Flaming Rush, Moraine Izzy, severely checking Pechey's Girl and Zambora Alani.  Forever A Dream and Moraine Izzy collided in the front straight.  Midnight Snooze and Flaming Rush collided several times from the third turn to entering the back straight checking Flaming Rush.  Forever A Dream and Pechey's Girl collided in the back straight.  Forever A Dream checked off Pechey's Girl entering the home straight and collided with Moraine Izzy.  Flaming Rush and Pechey's Girl collided in the home straight.  

It was noted that the muzzle of Flaming Rush became dislodged during the running of the event.

Galloping Speed, Tiger's Twenty and Back Net collided soon after the start.  Omega Tyson, Galloping Speed, Tiger's Twenty, Aston Rhone, Back Net and Just Wins Boss collided on the first turn.  Back Net and Just Wins Boss collided approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds.  Tiger's Twenty and Back Net collided on the second turn checking Back Net and Just Wins Boss.  Omega Tyson and Aston Rhone collided entering the home straight.  

It's Not Fun was quick to begin.

Fractured, Jarick Bale and Nikoli Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Russian Sub, Nikoli Bale and Super Marli collided on the first turn checking Nikoli Bale.  It's Not Fun and Jarick Bale collided entering the back straight severely checking It's Not Fun, Jarick Bale and Super Marli.  Fractured checked off Russian Sub in the back straight.  So Hazy and Russian Sub collided on the third turn checking Fractured and severely checking Russian Sub.  Russian Sub and Super Marli collided on the home turn checking Super Marli.

Got The Torque checked off Miss Tickle approaching the first turn.  Weblec Raider and Dr. Xander collided on the first turn.  Got The Torque and Yohan Bale collided on the first turn.  Weblec Raider and Dr. Xander collided on the second turn.  Yohan Bale checked off Got The Torque in the back straight.
