Rockin' Diamonds and Missile Edition were quick to begin.  War Of Words was slow to begin.

Aston Prince and Miss Leonie collided approaching the first turn checking Miss Leonie.  Gone Cranky and War Of Words collided on the first turn.  Rockin' Diamonds and War Of Words collided approaching the home turn.  Rockin' Diamonds and Aston Prince collided in the home straight.

I'm A Psycho and King Brown collided soon after the start.  Weblec Nova checked off Aston Burton soon after the start.  Weblec Opal crossed outwards soon after the start and raced wide to the first turn. Loneliness and Weblec Nova collided on the first turn.  Off Switch raced wide on the home turn.  Weblec Opal raced wide in the home straight. 

Mick's Kimmy was slow to begin.

Aston Jonas, Six Big Boys and Fleetwood Sam collided soon after the start checking Six Big Boys.  Mepunga Bundy and Aston Jonas collided approaching the first turn checking Mepunga Bundy.  Mepunga Bundy checked off Atomic Cabang on the first turn.  Limburg Rapid galloped on the heels of Fleetwood Sam on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Aston Jonas and Fleetwood Sam collided on the home turn.

Sugar Shane was slow to begin.

Mepunga Legend, Painkiller and Mulga Bill collided soon after the start.  Painkiller and Mulga Bill collided approaching the first turn.  Crymelon Comet checked off Mepunga Legend on the first turn checking Painkiller.  Sugar Shane checked off Mepunga Legend approaching the home turn.  Mepunga Legend checked off Man Of Substance on the home turn.

A post-race sample was taken from Boston Garden - the winner of the event.

Crackerjack Zave and Winlock Mungo were slow to begin.

Crackerjack Zave checked off Lips Boloney approaching the first turn.  Lips Boloney and Winlock Mungo collided on the first turn checking Lips Boloney and severely checking Winlock Mungo which fell.

Winlock Mungo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right stifle injury. Winlock Mungo was humanely euthanised.

The start was delayed by approximately 5 minutes due to the repositioning of the lure.

Rezzie's Choice and Showtime Boomer collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Our Ando, Swift Brittany and Daph's Extreme collided soon after the start checking Swift Brittany.  Our Ando and Daph's Extreme collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Daph's Extreme.  Our Ando, Swift Brittany, Showtime Boomer and Dark Compass collided in the home straight checking Our Ando, Swift Brittany and Dark Compass.  Rezzie's Choice and Dark Compass collided approaching the winning post.  

Buster Giblet was slow to begin.

College Boy checked off Like A Librarian on the first turn and collided with Buster Giblet, resulting in College Boy and College Degree being severely checked.  Abby's Comet and Buster Giblet collided in the home straight.  

Aston Secret and Magnis Bale were quick to begin.

Picogram and Rock Opera collided soon after the start.  Rock Opera and Spring Value collided on the first turn checking Spring Value.  Aston Secret and Kenji Bale collided approaching the home turn.  Spring Value and Rezzie's Shout collided approaching the home turn.  Rezzie's Shout and Crackerjack Noah collided in the home straight.  Magnis Bale raced wide in the home straight.  

Silver Compass and Rahela Bale collided soon after the start checking Sliver Compass.
