All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face-masks that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations. 

Al's Keeper – Late scratching at 8.04am due to non–arrival (GAR 31).  No stand down period was imposed. Kennel representative Ms C Jayakody informed Stewards that she had a vehicle accident en–route to the track.  Stewards were satisfied with evidence received.  

Rowchester Jan was slow to begin. 

Leaping Lydia checked off Quiz Pop approaching the first turn.  Rub A Tub, Rowchester Wig, Quiz Pop and Lady Of Leisure collided approaching the first turn, checking Rowchester Wig, Quiz Pop and Rowchester Jan and severely checking Lady Of Leisure which fell as a resiult.  Rowchester Wig checked off Quiz Pop on the  first turn.  Down To Business raced wide on the home turn. 

Lady Of Leisure underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg scapula fracture. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Following the event stewards inspected  the track in the back straight and deemed it safe for racing.

Twisted Hope and Silver Ability collided soon after the start.  Silver Ability and Things You Do collided soon after the start.  Like A Skyrocket and Go Flo collided approaching the first turn.  Like A Skyrocket and  Sassenach collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds.  Silver Ability raced wide in the home straight.  

Like A Skyrocket underwent a post-race veterinary examination and - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr D McKenzie, the representative of Like A Skyrocket regarding its performance in the home straight. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Like A Skyrocket must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Lil Miss Shooter and Giaan's Girl collided soon after the start.  Pyrenees Pegasus and Amron Man collided on the first turn, checking Pyrenees Pegasus.  Pyrenees Pegasus checked off Lil Miss Shooter on the first turn. 

Kenita and Mario Bale collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn.  Why Not Dot and Lavish Pearl collided approaching the first turn.  Capitis checked off Darley Dynamo on the first turn, checking Why Not Dot and Lavish Pearl.  Kenita galloped on the heels of Capitis approaching the home turn.  Capitis checked off Mario Bale approaching the home turn, checking Kenita.  Chebika Oasis raced wide on the home turn, checking Why Not Dot. 

The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of Asquith Bale with Mr L. Harris and noted their comments.

Rowchester Sugar was slow to begin.  Grey Not Blue and Saniyah Bale collided soon after the start.  Miss Molly Lee and Grey Not Blue collided on the first turn, checking Miss Molly Lee, Grey Not Blue, Gypsy Andy and Kid Caldwell.  Grey Not Blue, Saniyah Bale and Asquith Bale collided approaching the home turn, checking all three greyhounds.  Grey Not Blue and Gypsy Andy collided entering the home straight, checking both greyhounds.  Saniyah Bale and Kid Caldwell collided several times in the home straight, checking both greyhounds.

Krakatoa underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasions to the left ear. No stand down period was imposed.

Lightning Fury checked off Papa Panda on the first turn, checking Saint Rock and Lawson Drive.  Our Rock Man, Cornhill Rebel and Our Girl Bailee collided on the first turn, checking Cornhill Rebel.  Saint Rock checked off Lightning Fury on the second turn.  Lightning Fury and Lawson Drive collided on the second turn, checking Lightning Fury, Lawson Drive and Saint Rock.  Our Rock Man galloped on the heels of Papa Panda approaching the home turn, checking Papa Panda.  Lightning Fury galloped on the heels of Saint Rock approaching the home turn.  Lightning Fury checked off Saint Rock on the home turn.  Our Rock Man checked off Amelie Otis approaching the winning post.

Kamarai and Urana Vieri collided on the first turn, checking Kamari.  Kamari and Urana Vieri collided approaching the winning post. 

Following the event For The Thrill underwent a post-race veterinary examination due to callopsing in the catching pen.  The greyhound was found to have had a seizure  A 21 day stand down penalty was imposed.  Acting in accordance with GAR 74 For The Thrill must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 72 and receive a veterinary clearance before any future nomination will be accepted.

A pre-race sample was taken from Aston Cinnamon.

La La Lucky, Instinctual and Monaco Lights collided soon after the start, checking Instinctual, La La Lucky and Aston Cinnamon.  Push Start checked off Fernando's Flare approaching the first turn.  Push Start galloped on the heels of Mizuki Rose on the first turn, checking Push Start and severely checking Mizuki Rose.  Instinctual and Monaco Lights collided in the home straight, checking both greyhounds.
