Steward's Report
An out-of-competition sample was taken from Zipping Petra on 28 July, 2021.
Short Deuce – Late scratching at 10:07 am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a laceration of the right shoulder. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards subsequently contacted Trainer, Ms B. Kinder, and advised that Stewards invoked GAR20(3)(v) and will require a veterinary certificate of clear health before any further nominations will be accepted.
Fascinate Candy and Joyous Courage were quick to begin. Zanfrey Bale was slow to begin.
Potato Sunrise and Sadie Rose collided soon after the start. Fascinate Candy and Joyous Courage collided approaching the winning post.
A post-race sample was taken from Zanfrey Bale - the winner of the event.
