Steward's Report
Ishmy Ruby - quick to begin. Checked off heels on the first turn and momentarily raced wide as a result.
Carry On Maxwell - faltered turning into the back straight and tailed off as a result. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right-hind back muscle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Dr. Ryker - faded badly turning out of the back straight and underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of Stewards. Re-examined after the running of Race 5 and was found to have a right-fore carpal injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Subtle Art - a post-race sample was taken (winner).
