All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements, and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

Aston Gamble was slow to begin. Quick Lomar and Aston Daiquiri collided approaching the first turn, checking Quick Lomar. Quick Lomar and Rose Danae collided on the first turn, checking Rose Danae. Aston Daiquiri and Bop Music collided approaching the home turn, checking Aston Daiquiri. Aston Gamble lost ground in the home straight. 

Aston Gamble underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a abrasion to the right hock and left hind tibial.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr M.Tabb, the handler of Aston Gamble regarding performance in the home straight. In accordance with GAR 75 (1), the Stewards requested Mr Tabb to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Aston Gamble in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event. 

Short Fine Leg and Lektra Sarah collided approaching the first turn. Donny Rocks, Short Fine Leg and Lektra Sarah collided appraching the home turn. Stylish Ken and There's My Spot collided on the home turn. Short Fine Leg and Mrs. Tropicana collided in the home straight. Mrs. Tropicana and Lektra Sarah collided in the home straight. 

All Inn Cash was slow to begin. Shaggy Rufus galloped on the heels of Lektra Flying on the home turn, causing Shaggy Rufus to fall. Lektra Flying and Gecko Fernando collided entering the home straight, checking Lektra Flying and causing All Inn Cash to race wide. 

Shaggy Rufus underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Hill Top Jonnie. 

Hill Top Jonnie, Chloe's China and Rule The Galaxy collided approaching the first turn. Chloe's China and Rule The Galaxy collided in the home straight. 

Jungle Panther, Weblec Cruiser, Windy Storm and Crabby Yabby collided approaching the first turn, checking Weblec Cruiser. Sprinkler System and Compton Redeemer collided on the home turn, checking Sprinkler System.

A post-race sample was taken from Jungle Panther - the winner of the event.

Russian Berry, Our Fabio, Nike Apache and Subtle Art collided approaching the first turn, checking Nike Apache. Subtle Art, Russian Berry and Aston Grange collided approaching the home turn, causing Russian Berry to fall. Nike Apache and Aston Grange collided on the home turn, checking Aston Grange. 

Russian Berry underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Aston Ziebell was slow to begin. Run Machine and Whiskey Road collided approaching the first turn, checking Run Machine. Orson Mick, White Suprise and Whiskey Road collided approaching the home turn. Aston Ziebell, White Suprise and Rio Baskin collided on the home turn. Whiskey Road and White Suprise collided entering the home straight, checking Whiskey Road. 

A post-race sample was taken from Paddy's Marvel - the winner of the event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Master Avenger. 

Where's Goose and Jodie's Boy collided soon after the start, checking Jodie's Boy. Mighty Pie and War Time Novelty collided approaching the first turn. Blue Vein lost ground on the first turn. War Time Novelty and Gladiator Hulk collided on the home turn. 

Blue Vein underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right flexor tendon injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Slingshot Zoe – Late scratching at 5:29pm due to non–arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Ms L.Malcolm informed Stewards that she had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Stewards advised Ms Malcolm that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival.  The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. 

Why Not Lilah was slow to begin. Nine Nine and Why Delila collided entering the home straight.

Tobin Frost was slow to begin. Jay For Jack and Why Not Opal collided approaching the first turn, checking Jay For Jack. Jay For Jack raced wide on the home turn. Jay For Jack and Mercury Icon raced wide in the home straight. 

Kraken Attila, Slippery Swan and Lavish Pearl collided approaching the first turn. Daddy's Magic, Slippery Swan, Kraken Attila and Lavish Pearl collided on the first turn. Bongino and Winklee Sprite collided entering the home straight.
