Steward's Report
All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements, and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.
The start was delayed by approximately 1 minute due to holding for Sunshine Coast Thoroughbreds race 1.
Rocket Rodeo and Coconut Kingston were quick to begin. Reiko Clooney and Dr. Ronald were slow to begin.
Coconut Kingston and Mr. Fitty collided on the first turn checking Mr. Fitty. Dr. Ronald and Mr. Fitty collided on the first turn. Coconut Kingston and Midnight Yaala raced wide on the home turn.
It was noted that the muzzle of Coconut Kingston became dislodged during the running of the event.
