A pre-race sample was taken from Esava.
Cybertruck was slow to begin.
Love The City, City Nights and Esava collided soon after the start checking all three greyhounds. Flight Risk and Kung Pow Kevin collided approaching the first turn. Love The City, City Nights and Esava collided on the first turn checking Love The City and City Nights. McKeon Bale, Flight Risk, Cybertruck and Kung Pow Kevin collided on the first turn. Esava checked off Rohan Bale colliding with Cybertruck and Love The City entering the back straight checking Cybertruck, Love The City and Esava. Cybertruck contacted the running rail on the home turn.
Cybertruck underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left hind foot. No stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Kung Pow Kevin - winner of the event.
