All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements, and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

Extreme Jewel and Bilali were slow to begin.

Tannymorel Lass and Amlin Emperor collided soon after the start.  Extreme Jewel, Bilali and Stagger Out Lee collided soon after the start checking all three greyhounds.  Bilali and Stagger Out Lee collided on the first turn.  Tannymorel Lass checked off Amlin Emperor and collided with Sir Marley on the second turn checking Tannymorel Lass, Luna Cruz and Sir Marley.  Luna Cruz raced wide in the back straight.  Tannymorel Lass and Luna Cruz collided approaching the third turn.  Tannymorel Lass checked off Luna Cruz on the home turn and raced wide.  Extreme Jewel checked off Amlin Emperor in the home straight.

A pre-race sample was taken from Esava.

Cybertruck was slow to begin.

Love The City, City Nights and Esava collided soon after the start checking all three greyhounds.  Flight Risk and Kung Pow Kevin collided approaching the first turn.  Love The City, City Nights and Esava collided on the first turn checking Love The City and City Nights.  McKeon Bale, Flight Risk, Cybertruck and Kung Pow Kevin collided on the first turn.  Esava checked off Rohan Bale colliding with Cybertruck and Love The City entering the back straight checking Cybertruck, Love The City and Esava.  Cybertruck contacted the running rail on the home turn.  

Cybertruck underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left hind foot.  No stand down period was imposed.

Mac Rooster, Big Wings and Camulos were quick to begin.

Mt. View Audrey and Usman Bale collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Mac Rooster, Big Wings and Camulos collided on the first turn checking Mac Rooster, Big Wings, Camulos and Tough Tears.  Mt. View Audrey and Usman Bale collided approaching the second turn and again on the second turn checking both greyhounds.  Mac Rooster, Big Wings and Camulos collided entering the back straight checking Camulos, severely checking Mac Rooster and Big Wings.  Camulos checked off Tough Tears in the back straight.  Usman Bale crossed in on the third turn checking Camulos.  Usman Bale and Camulos collided on the third turn checking Usman Bale.  Big Wings marred Camulos on the home turn.  

Mac Rooster underwent a post-race veterinary examination to have an abrasion to the right hind foot.  No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Ronald Winter, the trainer regarding the greyhound’s performance throughout the event.  In accordance with GAR 75 (1), the Stewards requested Mr Winter to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Mac Rooster in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.

Big Wings underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.  Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr Brendan Pursell regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Big Wings was charged with marring.  Mr. Pursell pleaded guilty to the charge, Big Wings was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Tynslee Bale was quick to begin.

Mepunga Stellar and Aston Samba collided approaching the first turn.  Aston Samba and Belle Ali collided approaching the third turn.  Belle Ali and Zipping Heat collided entering the home straight. 

It's A Brew and Aston Alpha were quick to begin.  Fabroni Bale, Minter Edition and Arizona Eyes were slow to begin.

Fabroni Bale and Arizona Eyes collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds and causing both greyhounds to race wide.  Fabroni Bale raced wide from the front straight to the back straight.  It's A Brew and Weblec Scout collided entering the home straight.  Fabroni Bale and Minter Edition raced wide entering the home straight with Minter Edition racing wide for the remainder of the event. 

Arizona Eyes underwent a post-race veterinary examination due to an incident in the catching pen.  No apparent injury was reported.

I'm Back, Call Me Buster and Venus Light collided on the first turn checking Call Me Buster and Venus Light.  Party Lights galloped on Starlight Tyson on the second turn checking Starlight Tyson.  Golden Quest and I'm Back collided on the second turn.  Starlight Tyson checked off Quincee Bale entering the back straight.  Quincee Bale and I'm Back collided on the home turn.

Astro Boy and Tower Bell were slow to begin.

Alcindor, Tower Bell and Little Nellie collided soon after the start checking Tower Bell.  Winnie Coaster and Alcindor collided approaching the first turn.  Circumstance checked off Astro Boy approaching the first turn.  Circumstance, Tower Bell and Little Nellie collided on the second turn.  Circumstance and Tower Bell collided entering the back straight.  

Blazing Times and Pay The Prince were slow to begin.

Kaheem Bale checked off Caroline colliding with Propelled and Pay The Prince on the second turn checking Kaheem Bale, Propelled and Pay The Prince.  Caroline and Barooga Smoke collided on the second turn.  Caroline checked off Kaheem Bale colliding with Soda Titan on the third turn.  Propelled checked off Caroline colliding with Soda Titan entering the home straight.

Jaleesa Bale and Tiger Time collided soon after the start.  Cashton Bale checked off Arizona Gold approaching the first turn.  Westside Warrior, Knight Zipper, Tiger Time, Cashton Bale and Lyrical Lad collided on the first turn checking Cashton Bale and Lyrical Lad. Westside Warrior checked off Jaleesa Bale colliding with Knight Zipper and Tiger Time entering the back straight checking Knight Zipper and Tiger Time.  Lyrical Lad galloped on Westside Warrior in the back straight.

Karmen Kristy was quick to begin.  My Comet was slow to begin.

My Comet checked off Town Rocker soon after the start.  Town Rocker, Bourne Burner and Soda Saville collided on the first turn checking Town Rocker, Bourne Burner, My Comet and Zing On.  Town Rocker checked off Soda Saville entering the back straight.  My Comet checked off Zing On on the third turn.  Town Rocker and Zing On raced wide in the home straight.  

Subtle Art was quick to begin.  Bag Secured and Spring Bolt were slow to begin, collided soon after the start and again on the first turn.
