Rockstar Brass, Pretty Fly and Filorga Bale collided on the first turn checking Filorga Bale. Nella Ruslie, Gallant Toby and Market Bob collided approaching the home turn checking Gallant Toby severely checking Rockstar Brass. Gallant Toby and Market Bob collided in the home straight.
Rockstar Brass underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right monkey muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
