The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of She's The One with trainer Ms Tammy Kennedy-Harris and noted their comments.
Speedy Deed, She's The One, Princess Vegas and My Name's Lindy collided soon after the start checking She's The One and Princess Vegas. Speedy Deed, She's The One and Princess Vegas collided on the first turn checking Speedy Deed and She's The One. My Name's Lindy and Vaughn collided approaching the home turn checking Vaughn. She's The One checked off Vaughn on the home turn. Speedy Deed lost ground in the home straight.
Speedy Deed underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury and a spike wound to the left limb. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
She's The One underwent a post-race veterinary examination ( Frequency of Racing ) and no apparent injury was found.
Vaughn underwent a post-race veterinary examination following an incident in the catching pen and was found to have a right radius/ulna fracture and was humanely euthanased.
