Stewards spoke to representative Mr M. Davis regarding the racing manners of Mega Heist in the home straight. After hearing evidence from Mr Davis, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners.

Riverdale Bear was slow to begin.

Knock An Scratch, Short Tyson and Frothy's Friday collided on the first turn checking Frothy's Friday. Frothy's Friday and Riverdale Bear collided approaching the home turn checking Frothy's Friday.

Cawbourne Mimma underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Quinnlee Giblet was quick to begin. Riverdale Ella and Riverdale Tifany were slow to begin. Mt. View Redgie began awkwardly and lost ground (4L).

Handler Mr. G. Julian was issued a warning for his negligence in that he retrieved an incorrect greyhound from the kennels prior to the event. The relevant kennel attendant was spoken to with the matter referred to the Club Manager.  

Blazing Bandit and Sugar Boloney collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Zipping Pistol checked off Mystic Muse soon after the start checking Sugar Boloney. Killashandra and Mystic Muse collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Miss Marlee Moo and Mt. View Ginger collided on the first turn. Sugar Boloney and Mystic Muse collided approaching the home turn. Sugar Boloney and Mt. View Ginger collided approaching the winning post.

Millie's Wonder was quick to begin. Jeziah Bale was slow to begin. Another Vendetta began awkwardly and lost ground (2L).
