Red Spur Flyer and Kiss Me Deadly collided soon after the start. Laughing Larry and Mrs. Tropicana collided approaching the first turn checking Laughing Larry, Mrs. Tropicana and Yeah Sweetie. Crackerjack Pa and Red Spur Flyer collided approaching the home turn.

Pure Mania, Maximum Sophie and Speedy Mouse collided on the first turn checking Pure Mania, Maximum Sophie and Acacia Dream. It's Coming Home checked off Speedy Mouse on the first turn.

Drain The Swamp - New declared weight of 31.4kg, last raced at 30.0kg.

Kempton Bale was quick to begin. Buster Harley and Riverdale Poppy was slow to begin.

Kempton Bale and Obsession Agogo collided soon after the start checking Obsession Agogo. Seebohm Bale and Union Square collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Seebohm Bale and Union Square collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Buster Harley, Rooney and Confer collided on the first turn. Buster Harley visibly eased and turned its head to the outside approaching the home turn. Confer visibly eased and turned its head inwards approaching the home turn. Obsession Agogo checked off Confer on the home turn.

Buster Harley underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury and a left triangle muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr Geoffrey Mitchell regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Buster Harley was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Mitchell pleaded not guilty to the charge, Buster Harley was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Geelong only and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Confer underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a lumbo-sacral injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr Garry Selkrig regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the home turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Confer was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Selkrig pleaded not guilty to the charge, Confer was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Aston Pride and Spencer Giblet were slow to begin.

Aston Pride and Whiz Out collided on the first turn checking Whiz Out. Spencer Giblet galloped on the heels of Whiz Out approaching the home turn. Wow Star and Off It's Chops collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Mr. Buck Lee was quick to begin. Whispy Watson was slow to begin.

Just Saying and Blackpool Homer collided in the back straight checking Blackpool Homer. Whispy Watson raced wide throughout the event.

Gutter Stomper was quick to begin. Pretty Fly was slow to begin.

Flying Hercules and Why Not Lilah collided in the back straight. Why Not Lilah and Flying Hercules collided on the first turn severely checking both greyhounds. Flying Hercules faltered on the first turn and subsequently tailed off.

Flying Hercules underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Just Gab was quick to begin.

Sugar Boloney, Very Elegant and Aston Pirate collided soon after the start checking Sugar Boloney and Very Elegant. Maximum Brooke and Frothy's De Goey collided approaching the first turn checking Maximum Brooke. Maximum Brooke and High Priority collided on the first turn checking Maximum Brooke and Very Elegant. Just Gab, Frothy's De Goey and Aston Pirate collided on the first turn. Sugar Boloney and High Priority collided approaching the home turn checking High Priority. Just Gab and Aston Pirate collided on the home turn. Just Gab shifted out approaching the winning post, colliding with Aston Pirate and Sugar Boloney checking Sugar Boloney.

Just Gab underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 11. Just Gab was found to have an abrasion to the right achilles, No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Raymond Gatt regarding the racing manners of Just Gab approaching the winning post.  After hearing evidence from Mr Gatt, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued.

Go Saints Go and Bella Dreamtime were quick to begin.

Blue Yaala and Riverdale Tommy collided soon after the start checking Riverdale Tommy. Blue Yaala and Tinker Yvonne collided approaching the first turn checking Tinker Yvonne and Where's The Bees. Tinker Yvonne galloped on the heels of Bella Dreamtime on the first turn. Where's The Bees galloped on the heels of Tinker Yvonne on the first turn checking both greyhounds.

Bella Dreamtime underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left quadriceps injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to the representative Ms Kelleigh Smith regarding the racing manners of Bella Dreamtime in the home straight.  After hearing evidence from Ms Smith, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued.

Gazer's Lane was quick to begin. Raw Attitude and Raquea's Dream were slow to begin.

Josie's Call brushed the running rail approaching the home turn. Raw Attitude and Barbados Dream collided on the home turn.

Owner Mr A. Spiteri requested an early race endorsement for Raquea's Dream. The Stewards approved the request after an examination prior to racing by the on-track veterinarian.  Raquea's Dream will compete in early races until further notice.
