How High Austin was quick to begin. Destini Bonfire was slow to begin. Roll Your Eyes, Destini Bonfire and Armatree Arrow collided soon after the start checking Destini Bonfire. Elswyk Jordy and Hurricane Pete collided soon after the start. Hurricane Pete was checked off Armatree Arrow on the first turn causing Hurricane Pete to brush the running rail. Armatree Arrow clipped the heels of Elswyk Jordy on the home turn and again entering the home straight. How High Austin, Roll Your Eyes and Destini Bonfire raced wide in the home straight.
