All persons attending today wore facemasks when required, checked in, observed social distance requirements, and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

Lektra Sarah and Sylish Ken were quick to begin.  Shaggy Rufus and Audacious Stell collided approaching the first turn.  Garrett raced wide on the first turn and on the home turn.  Twilight Harry raced wide in the home straight.

A post race sample was taken from Stylish Ken - winner of the event.

Tat Warby, Vin Joel and Market Bob were quick to begin.  Cornhill Tiger and Dewana Success collided soon after the start checking Dewana Success.  Tat Warby checked off Market Bob on the first turn checking Vin Joel and Aston Pirate.  Vin Joel, Cornhill Tiger and Lil Snooze collided on the first turn severely checking Jayville Tahlia and Lil Snooze.

All Inn Christy was quick to begin.  Kepal and All Inn Jasper were slow to begin.  All Inn Christy and Zipping Valerie collided on the first turn.  Twilight Rogue raced wide in the home straight.

Ivy Isobel and Little Tiger were quick to begin.  Ivy Isobel and Paua Of Buddy collided on the first turn checking Ivy Isobel.  Kinson Bale and Special Talent collided on the first turn and again on the home turn.

Post race samples were taken from Substantial (1st) and Paua Of Buddy (2nd).

The start of this event was delayed by approximately 1 1/2 minutes whilst wildlife were removed from the track.

Dr. Mumma, Boston Garden and Smart As Jack were slow to begin.  Dr. Mumma and Indy Honey collided approaching the first turn checking Dr. Mumma which contacted the running rail.  Smart As Jack and Aston Tango collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn.  Tynslee Bale and Boston Garden collided on the first turn.

Dr. Mumma underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound on the right hind leg and abrasions on right hind toes.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Post race samples were taken from Compliance (1st) and Orson Mick (2nd).

Dream Wizard was quick to begin.  Hill Top Jonah and Werina Express collided approaching the first turn.  Hill Top Jonah, Rocket Boy and Typhoon Sammy collided on the first turn checking Rocket Boy and Typhoon Sammy.  Hill Top Jonah faltered on the first turn and tailed off as a result.

Hill Top Jonah underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right back muscle.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Following the event Dream Wizard displayed signs of Post Exercise Distress Syndrome (PEDS).  As a result, the greyhound underwent a veterinary examination and was found to be displaying clinical signs of Ataxia/Hypermetria.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting in accordance with GAR 74(1)(A) Dream Wizard must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 72 and receive a veterinary clearance before any future nomination will be accepted.

Post race samples were taken from Dream Wizard (1st) and Americano Miss (2nd).

Nevaeh Bale was quick to begin.  Matt’s Hope and Nevaeh Bale collided on the first turn checking Matt’s Hope.  Hennessey and Dynamic Prince collided on the first turn checking Hennessey.

Post race samples were taken from Ferdinand Boy (1st) and Dynamic Prince (2nd).

Indy Fido and Kaheem Bale was slow to begin.  Indy Fido and Yozo Bale collided on the first turn. Yozo Bale and Jefferson County collided on the first turn.  Yozo Bale and Kaheem Bale collided on the home turn and again approaching the winning post.

Post race samples were taken from Idolize (1st) and Indy Fido (2nd).

An out of competition sample was taken from Robbie Rotten on 7/3/2022 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Gypsy Yankee and Robbie Rotten were quick to begin.  Orlando and Xavien Bale collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn.

Post race samples were taken from Mr. Audacious (1st) and Robbie Rotten (2nd).

Yellow Brick was quick to begin.  Orson Avery was slow to begin.  Orson Avery and Yellow Brick collided on the first turn checking Orson Avery.  Orson Avery and Orson Ruby collided approaching the home turn.  Aston Ryker and Ferocious Rust collided entering the home straight.  Aston Ryker raced wide in the home straight.

A sample was taken from Orson Seth upon arrival at the course.

Blazing Nenna was quick to begin.  Code Cracker was slow to begin.  My Name’s Danny, Gotham Duke and Ironclad collided approaching the first turn checking Zeal Sensation and My Name’s Danny.  Code Cfacker, Orson Seth and Deadly Express collided on the first turn checking Code Cracker, severely checking Orson Seth which tailed off as a result.

Orson Seth underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising on the right hind stifle.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Gyarados was slow to begin.  Nalani checked off Xun Bale soon after the start.  Xun Bale and Gyarados collided on the first turn checking Xun Bale, Nalani and Gyarados.
