Steward's Report
Fabriola Yanis was slow to begin. Miss Rhubarb turned its head inwards soon after the start. Lektra Lad and Downstream collided in the home straight.
Handler, Mrs Jennifer Torr declined the option to have Miss Rhubarb vetted. Stewards spoke to Mrs Jennifer Torr, the handler of Miss Rhubarb regarding the greyhound’s racing manners soon after the start. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Mis Rhubarb was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mrs Torr pleaded guilty to the charge, Miss Rhubarb was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
