All persons attending today checked-in, wore face-masks indoors and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

In accordance with the GRV Hot Weather Policy, this meeting was deemed 'Heat Affected'.  At the commencement of kennelling, the outside temperature was 34.9 degrees and the kennel temperature was 20.9 degrees.  The Stewards continually monitored the temperature at the venue as per the GRV Hot Weather Policy.

Quick Shadow and On The Run were slow to begin.

Crackerjack Pop, Quick Shadow and Maximum Sophie collided soon after the start, checking Quick Shadow, Maximum Sophie, On The Run and Crackerjack Dean. Quick Shadow checked off Maximum Ang on the first turn. Maximum Ang, Crackerjack Pop, Maximum Sophie and Gogo Lillian collided on the first turn, checking Crackerjack Pop and Maximum Sophie and severely checking Gogo Lillian.

Gogo Lillian underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Crackerjack Cap galloped on Moraine Lucy on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Ysabel Bale checked off Xylus Bale in the home straight.

Warringah Bale checked off Sazan Bale on the first turn, checking Union Man. Sazan Bale and Ambrose Bale collided on the first turn, checking Ambrose Bale. Sazan Bale and Ximena Bale collided on the home turn. Ximena Bale and Sima Sheen collided approaching the winning post.

Bad Bailey was quick to begin. Pai Gow Poker and Trending Air were slow to begin.

Pai Gow Poker and Slingshot Trojan collided soon after the start, checking Pai Gow Poker.

Nino's Girl was quick to begin.

Pirates Patch and Major Currency collided soon after the start. Nino's Girl and Zara's Ivan collided on the first turn, checking Nino's Girl and Major Currency. Pirates Patch checked off Kanji Kilo on the first turn. Nino's Girtl and Major Currency collided on the first turn and again on the home turn, checking Major Currency.

Blue Tiger and Indy Honey were quick to begin. Kanji Height was slow to begin. 

Shima Pearl and Blue Tiger collided approaching the first turn. Birdbrook, Fabriola Duran and Kanji Height collided on the first turn, severely checking Kanji Height, which fell as a result. Desmonde raced wide on the home turn, checking Blue Tiger.

Kanji Height underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a toe injury, left fore leg. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Trendy Touchdown and Seabrook Stack were slow to begin.

Joffa's Monaro checked off Moraine Hayley on the first turn. Trendy Touchdown galloped on Flying Jelly entering the back straight, checking Flying Jelly, Joffa's Liberty and Joffa's Monaro. Pacific Express and Mr. Speaker collided entering the home straight. 

Stewards spoke to Ms Andrea Dailly, regarding the racing manners of Mr.Speaker on the home turn. After hearing evidence from Ms Andrea Dailly, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn. 

Levi Bale and Verdun Bale were quick to begin.

Levi Bale and Verdun Bale collided soon after the start. Daph's Yak and Levi Bale collided entering the home straight.

Verdun Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Stewards spoke to Mr.Tom Dailly regarding the racing manners of Verdun Bale approaching the winning post.  After hearing evidence from Mr.Tom Dailly, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Winnie Coaster, a post-race sample was subsequently taken.

Mega Heist, Winnie Coaster & Cut And Polish collided approaching the first turn. Mega Heist & Winnie Coaster collided on the first turn checking Mega Heist.

Stewards dispersed the heat policy after Race 10 due to a steady decline in the outside temperature, in accordance with the Bureau of Meteorology.

Deedee's Charm was quick to begin.

Speedy Spyro crossed to running rail soon after the start, checking Aston Shadow, Warrior Soldier and Lil Snooze.
