Steward's Report
Connor Man was checked off Amazonian Queen on the first turn. Quest For More visibly eased and turned its head outwards on the home turn. Bourne Burner and Quest For More collided in the home straight. Airly Blueboy and Zipping Jazz raced wide in the home straight.
Quest For More underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Klemke, the representative for Quest For More regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A (1) Quest For More was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due comittment. Mr. Klemke pleaded guilty to the charge, Quest For More was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
