Parasite, My Dilemma and Island Chief were quick to begin. Beach Master was slow to begin.
Our Flying Bolt and Coco To Burn collided approaching the first turn. My Dilemma checked off Silver Power on the first turn, checking Parasite, For The Thrill and Beach Master. Our Flying Bolt, Coco To Burn, Island Chief and Silver Power collided approaching the home turn, checking Island Chief and Silver Power. Island Chief and Silver Power collided approaching the home turn, checking Silver Power and causing Silver Power and For The Thrill to collide, Silver Power faultered as a result and lost ground.
Silver Power underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left long head tricep muscle & a dislocated toe injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
