In My Pocket and Cairnlea Winnie collided approaching the winning post.
In My Pocket underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right deltoid muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to handler, Mr Martin Galea regarding the racing manners of In My Pocket approaching the winning post. After hearing evidence from Mr Galea, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.
