All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

In accordance with the GRV Hot Weather Policy, this meeting was deemed 'Heat Affected'. At the commencement of kennelling, the outside temperature was 29.2 degrees, and the kennel temperature was 18.0 degrees. The Stewards continually monitored the temperature at the venue as per the GRV Hot Weather Policy.

Little Angel was quick to begin.

Little Angel, My Name's Judy and Laid Back Larry collided at the 200m mark. Cam's Girl and Victory Indi collided at the 150m mark. Victory Indi checked off Cam's Girl at the 150m mark. Little Angel lost ground at the 150m mark. Victory Indi, My Name's Judy and Laid Back Larry collided approaching the 100m mark. Chasing The Edge and Victory Indi collided at the 50m mark. Laid Back Larry, My Name's Judy, Blazin' Mist and Cam's Girl collided at the 50m mark.

Little Angel underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Formosa's Boy and Inter Angela were quick to begin.

Chasing Cops and Rev Up Chloe collided soon after the start. Mt. View Burner and Giovani collided soon after the start. Letter To You, Gippsland Boy and Inter Angela collided soon after the start. Letter To You and Gippsland Boy collided at the 200m mark. Inter Angela checked off Letter To You at the 200m mark. Giovani crossed in at the 200m mark and collided with Letter To you and Gippsland Boy severely checking Letter To You and Giovani. Chasing Cops, Formosa's Boy and Mt. View Burner collided at the 100m mark severely checking Formosa's Boy. Chasing Cops and Mt. View Burner collided at the 50m mark.

Moist Morton and Milo Rose collided soon after the start. Vinny Dewalt and Moist Morton collided several times from approaching the 200m mark to the 150m mark. Ava's Prediction, Milo Rose and Blazer Nation collided at the 200m mark. Moist Morton, Vinny Dewalt and Milo Rose collided at the 150m mark. Blazer Nation checked off Ellie Bliss at the 150m mark and collided with Go Jack. Go Jack and Ava's Prediction collided several times from the 50m mark to the winning post. Vinny Dewalt and Milo Rose collided approaching the winning post.

Blazin' Cool, Invictus Xavier, Chasing Love and Blazing Bandit collided soon after the start checking Invictus Xavier, Chasing Love and Blazing Bandit. Blazin' Cool and Chasing Love collided at the 250m mark. Blazin' Cool crossed out at the 225m mark severely checking Tay Tay Swifty. Another Attempt and Tay Tay Swifty collided at the 200m mark checking both greyhounds. Blazin' Cool and Tay Tay Swifty collided at the 150m mark and again approaching the 100m mark. Invictus Xavier and Chasing Love collided at the 150m mark. Chasing Love and Another Attempt collided at the 75m mark.

Zinfandel Dusty– Late scratching at 7.22am when Ms. Valda Rose reported the greyhound to have hock injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Still Learning and Love To Deed collided soon after the start. Guilty checked off Bell Topper approaching the 250m mark. Dundee Zircon and Bell Topper crossed out approaching the 200m mark. Still Learning crossed out and raced wide at approaching the 100m mark. Aston Bier raced wide throughout the running of this event.

Baby Pechey was slow to begin.

Aston Remi and Just The Marjen collided soon after the start. Just The Marjen and Rower's Rule collided soon after the start. Crown Ella checked off Blackzin Prince at the 250m mark. Crown Ella and Blackzin Prince collided at the 200m mark. Aston Remi checked off Baby Pechey at the 150m mark. Aston Remi and Rower's Rule collided at the 50m mark. Just The Marjen and Blackzin Prince collided approaching the winning post.

Ingenuity and Grumpy Al collided soon after the start. Spanish Bullion and Grumpy Al collided soon after the start. Aston Rocket and Chill Out Dusty collided at the 300m mark and again at the 250m mark. Grumpy Al and Western Bomber collided at the 225m mark. Aston Rocket eased and turned its head to the inside approaching the winning post.

Aston Rocket underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left quadricep injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative, Mr S Jack regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Aston Rocket was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr S Jack pleaded guilty to the charge, Aston Rocket was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial  in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Irongate was slow to begin.

Rockstar Ohlmus, Grey Not Blue and Shady Talks collided soon after the start. Man Cave and Toyed collided soon after the start. Irongate and Jax Flash collided soon after the start. Toyed, Man Cave and Irongate collided at the 300m mark. Toyed checked off Man Cave at the 250m mark. Grey Not Blue galloped on the heels of Shady Talks at the 200m mark. Irongate, Man Cave and Rockstar Ohlmus collided at the 200m mark. Jax Flash and Man Cave collided several times from the 150m mark to the 50m mark. Judith and Irongate collided at the 100m mark.

Irongate underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Miss Rose Water was slow to begin.

Tower Bell and Lord Maxie collided soon after the start. Bootleg Road, All Fear and Miss Rose Water collided soon after the start. Tower Bell, Bootleg Road, All Fear, Miss Rose Water and Country Snow collided soon after the start severely checking All Fear. Miss Rose Water and Lord Maxie collided at the 200m mark. No Marjen crossed out at the 100m mark. No Marjen turned its head to the outside and collided with Tower Bell approaching the winning post.

No Marjen underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hock sprain and a left back muscle injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr C Knott, the representative of No Marjen regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) No Marjen was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr C Knott pleaded not guilty to the charge, No Marjen was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Violet Rose– New declared weight of  29.1kg, last raced at 30.6kg.

Boes Bounty, Violet Rose and Fab Six collided soon after the start. You Ember and Go Quantum collided at the 250m mark. Boes Bounty, Violet Rose and Fab Six collided at the 200m mark.

Ted Do and Boes Bambino collided soon after the start. Assume Kealy and Especial Envy collided soon after the start. Southern Thunder and Call Me Jade collided at the 50m mark.
