All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

In accordance with the GRV Hot Weather Policy, this meeting was deemed 'Heat Affected'. At the commencement of kennelling, the outside temperature was 33.3 degrees and the kennel temperature was 18.2 degrees. The Stewards continually monitored the temperature at the venue as per the GRV Hot Weather Policy. 

Magic To Burn, Twilight Harry and Lektra Sarah were quick to begin. Locky and Kraken Freckles collided soon after the start. Spirit Rising and Magic To Burn collided soon after the start checking Magic To Burn. Oriental Onyx, Spirit Rising and Magic To Burn collided on the first turn checking Oriental Onyx and Magic To Burn. Locky and Kraken Freckles raced wide in the home straight.

Three Kisses and Market Scooby were quick to begin. Mystical Heist and Mango Man collided soon after the start checking Mystical Height. Three Kisses, Mango Man and Sydney Showgirl collided on the first turn checking Sydney Showgirl, severely checking Three Kisses and Mango Man.

Stewards delayed the 'All Clear' to ascertain if the wildlife flying over the field on the first turn affected the running of any greyhounds. After viewing all available footage Stewards were satisified that no greyhound was affected and gave the 'All Clear'.

Stewards issued a warning pursuant to GAR 27(1) to Mr Adrian Symons after the greyhound, Three Kisses escaped in the kennels. After hearing submissions from Mr Symons, a warning was issued in accordance with GAR 27(1).

All Inn Scooby and Fascinate Aussie collided soon after the start. Gecko Fernando, Blackpool Homer, Queen Sal and Kraken Scar collided on the first turn checking Gecko Fernando and Blackpool Homer, severely checking Queen Sal and Kraken Scar. All Inn Scooby raced wide from the home straight to the winning post.

Russian Berry - Late scratching at 6.16pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to pre-race myoglobinuria. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Russian Berry was re-vetted.

Cocktail was slow to begin. Stay Together and Beretta Girl collided approaching the first turn checking Stay Together. Candlelight Jazz and Beretta Girl collided on the first turn checking Beretta Girl. Edgy Jack and Stay Together collided on the first turn checking Edgy Jack.

Aston Kenno was slow to begin. Return Serve and Naomi Butterfly collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. My Name's Danny, Blackpool Bart and Axedale Pirate collided on the first turn checking Blackpool Bart. My Name's Danny and Axedale Pirate collided approaching the home turn checking Axedale Pirate and Aston Kenno.

Got A Repair and Bull Montana collided soon after the start checking Got A Repair. Blackpool Rex and Swansie Delight collided approaching the first turn checking Swansie Delight. Twilight Rogue and Bull Montana collided approaching the first turn checking Twilight Rogue. Blackpool Rex and Bad Medicine collided on the first turn. Blackpool Rex and Bull Montana collided entering the home straight.

Twilight Rogue underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right deltoid muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Sean Van Taarling, the trainer of Twilght Rogue. In accordance with GAR 75 (1), the Stewards requested Mr Van Taarling to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Twilight Rogue in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.

Tingle was slow to begin. Jackpot Joan, Tingle and Roped In collided soon after the start checking Jackpot Joan, Tingle and Rumbling Black. My Believer and Jackpot Joan collided on the first turn checking Jackpot Joan. Roped In and Smiling Spaniard collided on the first turn checking Smiling Spaniard.

The start of this event was delayed by approximately one minute to allow staff to remove wildlife from the track.

Steamer Redeemer clipped the heels of Aston Ryker approaching the home turn. Aston Ryker and Steamer Redeemer raced wide in the home straight.

Loud And Rowdy was quick to begin. Aston Jansz was slow to begin. Loud And Rowdy and All Inn Christy collided in the first turn checking Loud And Rowdy and Dewana Success.

The muzzle of Loud And Rowdy became dislodged during the running of the event.

Twilight Connie - Late scratching at 5.57pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
