All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements, and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

Nana Pat was quick to begin.  Deck Forty Nine and King Kenny were slow to begin.

Crystal Rocks and King Kenny collided soon after the start.  Seabrook Dow, Deck Forty Nine and Halloumi collided on the first turn checking Deck Forty Nine and Halloumi.  Halloumi and King Kenny collided approaching the home turn.  Deck Forty Nine and King Kenny collided entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.  Max Comet checked off King Kenny in the home straight.  Deck Forty Nine and Seabrook Dow collided approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. S Boag regarding the notable betting fluctuation of his greyhound Moonlit Jewel. Mr Boag stated that the greyhound had recently performed well in trials and was suited to the inside draw today. Stewards noted his explanation and samples were subsequently taken from the greyhound - the winner of the event.

Pyrenees Prada and Ripper Roxy collided soon after the start.  Pyrenees Prada, Buzz Out, Unique Roman and Inga Assalt collided approaching the first turn checking Pyrenees Prada and Buzz Out.  Pyrenees Prada checked off Unique Roman on the first turn.  Faint Perfume and Ripper Roxy collided entering the home straight checking Faint Perfume.  

Gypsy Seymour was slow to begin.

Lonesome Star, Extravagance and I'm Indigo collided soon after the start.  Shima Magic and I’m Indigo collided approaching the first turn checking I'm Indigo.  Extravagance raced wide entering the home straight.  Mini Dimmy and Shima Magic collided several times in the home straight.

Rock Me Mama was slow to begin.

Rock Me Mama checked off Belle Whistle on the first turn.  Dementor checked off Go Gigi Go approaching the home turn. Dementor raced wide in the home straight.

Major China was very slow to begin (2 lengths).

Mahogany Flame and Master Class collided approaching the first turn.  Majestic Stella and Phoenix Flight collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn severely checking Phoenix Flight which stumbled and lost ground as a result.  

Phoenix Flight underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left and right back muscle injuries.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Prince Of Idol was slow to begin.

Prince Of Idol and Gamblin' Ways collided soon after the start checking Prince Of Idol.  Tiggerlong Rebel checked off Who Is Arandt on the first turn.  Resounding checked off Silver Compass on the first turn.  Who Is Arandt checked off Silver Compass on the first turn.  Silver Compass, Flying Hercules and Our Girl Bailee collided on the first turn checking Silver Compass and Flying Hercules.  Who Is Arandt galloped on Silver Compass entering the back straight checking Silver Compass, Who Is Arandt and Tiggerlong Rebel.

Crown Sebon and Ziems Park Miss collided soon after the start.  Quick Income, Master Febey and Ziems Park Girl collided approaching the first turn checking Quick Income.  Crown Sebon and Ziems Park Miss collided on the first turn checking Crown Sebon.  Pete Cabang and Rocky Strike collided entering the home straight.  Ziems Park Girl raced wide in the home straight. 

Coco Lilly was slow to begin.

Attitude and Litigator collided approaching the first turn checking Attitude.  Litigator and Ultimate Mayhem collided approaching the first turn.  Got Me Smarty galloped on Zipping Malibu approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds, Got Me Smarty tailed off as a result.  Litigator and Got Me Smarty collided on the home turn.  Coco Lilly and Ultimate Mayhem collided on the home turn checking Ultimate Mayhem.  Attitude raced wide on the home turn.

Got Me Smarty underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right metatarsal fracture.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed. 

Joyous Hope – Late scratching at 2.12pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr Ricky Coleman was fined $100.

Shifty Shirl was a late scratching at 2.46pm by order of Stewards after it was established that the incorrect greyhound had been presented. At a subsequent inquiry, the Stewards charged Mr Frank Meyer with a breach of GAR 31(2) for failing to present the correct greyhound for racing. Mr. Meyer was found guilty of the charge and fined $250. The 28 days stand-down on Shifty Shirl was revoked.

Loony Luna was quick to begin.

Explosive Yaala – New declared weight of 31.9 kg, last raced at 29.9 kg.

Ruby Yap, Pure Mania and Al's Shout collided soon after the start.  King Brown and Bissaka Spider collided soon after the start, checking King Brown. Pure Mania and Champ Cheese collided on the first turn checking Champ Cheese.  Bissaka Spider and Shania's Dream collided approaching the home turn checking Bissaka Spider.

Bad Bailey was quick to begin.

Zipping Slade, Sparkle Debacle and Aston Shadow collided approaching the first turn checking Aston Shadow.  Gazer's Lane, Zipping Slade and Loch collided on the first turn checking Loch and Zipping Slade.  Loch and Sparkle Debacle collided on the home turn checking Loch.  Zipping Slade and Gazer's Lane collided approaching the winning post.
