Old Mate Paddy, Magnetic Man and Bonnie Gem collided soon after the start. Bonnie Gem, Go Go Loopy and Sicilian collided soon after the start checking Bonnie Gem. Magnetic Man and Sicilian collided on the home turn. Fascinate Aussie and Go Go Loopy collided on the home turn; checking Fascinate Aussie and causing Go Go Loopy to fall. Magnetic Man, Don't Try Me and Bonnie Gem collided on the home turn checking all three greyhounds.

Go Go Loopy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle injury and an abrasion to the right front foot. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Aztec Blaze, It's Coming Home and Fat Cracker collided approaching the first turn checking Fat Cracker. Fat Cracker clipped the heels of Raw Panic on the first turn causing Fat Cracker to stumble.

Very Odd and Piece Of Heaven collided soon after the start checking Piece Of Heaven. Big City Nights checked off Okay Karen approaching the first turn. Big City Nights raced wide on the first turn. Okay Karen faltered on the second turn and subsequently tailed off. Zipping Margo and Willow's Hand raced wide in the back straight. Zipping Margo checked off Very Odd entering the home straight. Very Odd and Big City Nights raced wide in the home straight.

Okay Karen underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock sprain.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Rumour Is Fact was quick to begin.  Bean's Multi was slow to begin.

Phil's My Bro and Mia's Hand collided soon after the start. Mia's Hand and Bean's Multi collided approaching the first turn. Bus Driver and Phil's My Bro collided approaching the first turn. Roxy Diva and Freya Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Roxy Diva. Bean's Multi raced wide in the home straight.

Mr Charlie Pirotta failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Nine Wine Wine for racing.  A warning was issued pursuant to GAR 46 (2).

Missy's Hand and Odessa Rock collided several times approaching the first turn. Sir Chappy and Odessa Rock collided on the first turn severely checking Odessa Rock. Nine Wine Wine and Hot Shaynna collided entering the home straight severely checking Hot Shaynna. Missy's Hand and Woolbully Keats raced wide in the home straight.

Delancy Bale and Limit Switch collided approaching the first turn. Sovereign Wind crossed to the rails on the second turn and collided with Limit Switch severely checking Sovereign Wind. Limit Switch, Delancy Bale and Smooth Talker collided on the third turn checking Delancy Bale. Limit Switch checked off Zipping Chew entering the home straight.

Clever Trevor and Aston Nicola were slow to begin.

Clever Trevor and On Time Cash collided approaching the first turn severely checking Clever Trevor. Clever Trevor brushed the running rail approaching the first turn. Huey's Dream and Eynesbury Flyer collided on the first turn severely checking Eynesbury Flyer. Huey's Dream and Zander collided approaching the home turn severely checking Zander. Eynesbury Flyer and Locked And Ready collided entering the home straight checking Eynesbury Flyer.

Half A Double was quick to begin.

Gyarados was slow to begin.

Straight Shooter checked off Colonel Diesel soon after the start. Lee Will crossed to the rails approaching the first turn and collided with Riverbank Smokey. Pacific Bar galloped on the heels of Half A Double on the first turn. Pacific Bar and Riverbank Smokey collided on the first turn severely checking Pacific Bar. Pacific Bar and Straight Shooter raced wide in the home straight.

Speedy Lemon and Kibitzer collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Kibitzer and Speedy Lemon collided entering the home straight causing Speedy Lemon to fall and severely checking Kibitzer. Agronomous and Electric Mick collided entering the home straight.

Speedy Lemon underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right radius/ulna fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
