All persons attending today checked-in, wore face-masks indoors and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.`

Acting in accordance with the GRV Lightning and Thunderstorm Safety Procedure, racing was suspended at 6.30 pm due to continuous lightning strikes and thunder within the designated safety zone around the Club.  Due to safety concerns the meeting was delayed by 1 hour and 34 minutes and races re-scheduled accordingly. Race 1- 8.04, Race 2- 8.20, Race 3- 8.35, Race 4- 8.51, Race 5- 9.06, Race 6- 9.23, Race 7- 9.40, Race 8- 9.55, Race 9- 10.10, Race 10- 10.25, Race 11- 10.40, Race 12- 10.54.

Prior to the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track following heavy rainfall in the area and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing.

Xylus Bale and Ysabel Bale collided approaching the first turn. Mini Dimmy and Show Me Ziway collided approaching the first turn, checking Show Me Ziway. Ysabel Bale, Shima Magic and Jaleesa Bale collided on the first turn, checking Shima Magic. Shima Magic and Show Me Ziway collided approaching the home turn, checking Show Me Ziway and Winlock Crewe. 

Tiggerlong Car and Purnia Bale collided soon after the start. Alert and Jimmy collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn. Mechanics Kismet checked off Jimmy approaching the home turn. Tiggerlong Car and Alert collided on the home turn. Tiggerlong Car crossed to outside entering the home straight, checking Alert. 

Major Bomber and Go Gigi Go were slow to begin.

Ambrose Bale, Jagger's Lady, Winlock Megget, Major Bomber and Go Gigi Go collided soon after the start. Winlock Megget checked off Kick It Home on the first turn. Ambrose Bale checked off Jagger's Lady on the first turn, severely checking Kick It Home and Winlock Megget, Kick It Home fell as a result. Major Bomber checked off Ambrose Bale on the home turn. Major Bomber raced wide in the home straight. 

Kick It Home underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Big Blazer was slow to begin. 

Royal Ability and Rothford collided soon after the start. Aston Xavier, Sound The Bugle, Royal Ability and Rothford collided on the first turn, checking Royal Ability and Rothford. 

It was noted that the muzzle became dislodged from Royal Ability during the running of this event.

The start of this race was delayed by approximately 2 minutes to allow for remedial work to be undertaken to the track lights on the home turn. Stewards inspected the track prior to this event and were satisfied it was saitsfactory for racing.

Daph's Yak was quick to begin. 

Ximena Bale and Daph's Yak collided approaching the first turn. Bobby Bull Shark and Miss Roxy collided on the first turn, checking Bobby Bull Shark. Sandy Camp Road checked off Dapoh's Yak on the first turn. Bobby Bull Shark raced wide entering the home straight. Sandy Camp Road checked off Hokkaido Miss entering the home straight. Ximena Bale checked off Into The Shed in the home straight. 

The start of this race was delayed by approximately 2 minutes to allow for the track lights on the home turn to re-activate.

Crumb Snaggs and Octavia Bale collided soon after the start. Foxy Bourbski, Trending Rookie and Zivon Bale collided on the second turn, severely checking Trending Rookie. Foxy Bourbski checked off Octavia Bale in the back straight. 

Trending Rookie underwent a post-race veterinary examination - and was found to have right gracilis muscle injury.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Circumstance and Low Planes collided soon after the start, checking Circumstance. Nicmac Miss and Trivet collided approaching the first turn, checking Nicmac Miss. Aston Burton and Trivet collided on the first turn, checking Trivet. Trivet galloped on the heels of Circumstance approaching the home turn. Low Planes and Trivet collided on the home turn. Nicmac Miss checked off Circumstance entering the home straight. 

A post-race sample was taken from Dreamers Lie - the winner of the event.

Mighty Marvin was slow to begin. 

Fabriola Duran and Vayda Bale collided on the first turn, checking Fabriola Duran. Xun Bale and Vayda Bale collided in the home straight, checking Xun Bale. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Jen Jumbo Prawn.

Slingshot Mia and Aston Tango were slow to begin.

Paua Of Mindy and Aston Tango collided approaching the first turn. Jen Jumbo Prawn and Hannele Bale collided approaching the first turn, checking Jen Jumbo Prawn. Navaeh Blae and Paua Of Mindy collided on the first turn. Paua Of Mindy and Aston Tango collided approaching the winning post. 

Aubameyang and No Payer collided soon after the start, checking Aubameyang. Stirling Lights crossed to the running rail approaching the first turn, checking No Payer, Slingshot Trojan and Oliver Bale. Aston Bomber galloped on Fusion Spy on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Slingshot Trojan and Fusion Spy collided approaching the home turn, checking Fusion Spy. 

Mr Jack Strutt failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Oliver Bale for racing.  A warning was issued pursuant to GAR 46 (2).

Man Cave was slow to begin.

Cyber Crime and Miss Cosmic Lee collided soon after the start. Coconino, Fish Tog Giblet and Pai Gow Poker collided approaching the first turn, checking Coconino. Tinker Calie and Drakensberg Dot collided entering the home straight, checking Drakensberg Dot. Drakensberg Dot checked off Cyber Crime in the home straight. Tinker Calie and Drakensberg Dot collided approaching the winning post. 

Floppy Roo was slow to begin. 

Floppy Roo and Tinted collided approaching the first turn. Evident, Bad Bailey, Siren Head, Miss Demonica and Zambora Bear collided on the first turn, checking Miss Demonica and Siren Head. Zambora Bear checked off Floppy Roo on the first turn. Tinted raced wide entering the home straight.
