Click And Win and Turtle Fernando were slow to begin. Aston Lila and Click And Win collided on the first turn checking Click And Win. Jaxson Mino and Turtle Fernando collided on the first turn checking Jaxson Mino. Hot Hand and Eynesbury Flyer collided on the first turn checking Eynesbury Flyer. Dundee Reactor and Eynesbury Flyer collided approaching the home turn severely checking Dundee Reactor, Turtle Fernando and Our Issues; causing Aston Lila to check off Dundee Reactor. Aston Lila raced wide in the home straight.
Turtle Fernando underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound on the left front foot. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Ms. Renata Silva regarding the racing manners of Aston Lila approaching the home turn. After hearing evidence from Ms. Silva, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the home turn.
