Sapporo Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp) Sapporo Bale must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Give Me Donuts underwent a post-race veterinary examination no apparent injury was reported.

Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Give Me Donuts was charged with marring.  Ms Kirillidis pleaded guilty to the charge, Give Me Donuts was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Geelong and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Latham Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg toe injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Quetzal Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Aubameyang, Riverdale Bonnie and Gunai Rebel were slow to begin.

Kanji Giant, Trending Air and Aston Mireya collided soon after the start. Tan Star, Go Wheels, Kanji Giant and Trending Air collided on the first turn checking Tan Star and Kanji Giant. Kanji Giant raced wide on the home turn. Tan Star checked off Go Wheels entering the home straight.

Gypsy Yankee, Resse's Girl and Fortuna Bale collided soon after the start checking Resse's Girl. Quintana Bale and Mepunga Mustang collided approaching the first turn. Gypsy Yankee and Fortuna Bale collided approaching the first turn. Quintana Bale and Mepunga Mustang collided on the first turn checking Mepunga Mustang who contacted the running rail, lost considerable ground and tailed off. Rodeo Ethics checked off Fortuna Bale approaching the home turn.

Mepunga Mustang underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Ysabel Bale, Quick Lady Josie and Thunder Dash collided soon after the start. Hachey Boy and Rosalind Bale collided soon after the start checking Rosalind Bale. Quick Lady Josie checked off Thunder Josie on the first turn. 

Kanji Kilo and Glamorous Lass were quick to begin. Aston Attack was slow to begin.

Riverdale Goldie checked off Blazing Nenna soon after the start. Glamorous Lass and Blazing Nenna collided on the first turn. Glamorous Lass raced wide on the home turn. Drumroll Please, Riverdale Goldie and Blazing Nenna collided entering the home straight.

Blazing Nenna underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

It was noted that the muzzle of Aston Genesis became partially dislodged during the running of the event.

Habib – Late scratching at 6.31pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a laceration to the left hind toe.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
