Ramadi Bale and Orford Bale collided soon after the start.  Yallock Lass, Chasing Chops and Mad Morgan collided soon after the start.  Chasing Chops checked off Mad Morgan on the first turn severely checking Ramadi Bale.  Orford Bale and Ramadi Bale collided on the home turn.  Ramadi Bale and Hillbilly Joker collided several times entering the home straight.  Seabrook Dawn, Ramadi Bale, Hillbilly Joker and My Annabelle raced wide in the home straight.

Electro Guru - Late scratching at 2:44pm on the advice of the on-track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a right hind leg injury.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from All Inn Olivia.

All Inn Olivia and Orson Franky were slow to begin.

Frothy's Jett, Orson Franky and All Inn Olivia collided approaching the first turn.  Orson Franky checked off Hurricane Ace on the first turn and collided with All Inn Olivia.  All Inn Olivia and Orson Franky collided on the home turn.  Hillbilly Jane raced wide in the home straight.

Brother Guy, Brave Lad and Johnny Fatboy were slow to begin.

Brave Lad, Phoenix Flight and Jessie's Brew collided soon after the start.  Brave Lad checked off Jessie's Brew on the first turn.  Patricia's Damien and Brother Guy collided on the home turn.  Patricia's Damien veered in and marred Emma's Double approaching the winning post.

Patricia's Damien underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hind toe laceration.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr Jason Formosa, the trainer of Patricia's Damien regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Patricia's Damien was charged with marring.  Mr Formosa pleaded guilty to the charge, Patricia's Damien was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Ballarat and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Bissaka Spider and Mr. Lonely were quick to begin.

Falconetti, Prince Of Idol and Don's Scolari collided soon after the start checking all three greyhounds.  Prince Of Idol and Don's Scolari collided approaching the first turn checking Prince Of Idol.  El Sueno and Jack's Fantasy collided approaching the first turn.  Jack's Fantasy and Don's Scolari collided on the first turn.  Dreaming checked off Mr. Lonely in the home straight and collided with El Sueno.  Mr. Lonely, El Sueno and Dreaming collided approaching the winning post.

Don's Scolari underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back injury.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Trendy Touchdown, Princess Warrior and Ice Ghost were slow to begin.  Prince Archer was very slow to begin (2L).
