Essential persons (both staff & participants) attending today, provided satisfactory evidence of vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination (workers) directions, undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, observed social distance requirements, and adhered to room density quotients that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Hillbilly Blaze and Aston Texan collided approaching the first turn severely checking Hillbilly Blaze. Aston Texan checked off Knight's Cross on the first turn. Swift Twitch and Holly Fever collided approaching the home turn severely checking Swift Twitch. Flying Frank and Swift Twitch collided on the home turn checking Swift Twitch. Hillbilly Blaze underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury, right triangle injuy and left pencil/whip injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
