Dance To Forgot was quick to begin. Cruickshank was slow to begin.

Mamallena crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Cruickshank, Oscar Octopus and Mt. View Dodger. Mad Blast and Malo Magic collided approaching the first turn checking Mad Blast. Oscar Octopus and Mamallena collided on the first turn checking Oscar Octopus. Mad Blast checked off Dance To Forget on the first turn checking Malo Magic. Mt. View Dodger checked off Malo Magic approaching the home turn. Cruickshank and Mamallena collided approaching the winning post.

An out of competition sample was taken from Agnet Bale on the 26th of October pursuant to GAR 79A.

Agnet Bale was slow to begin.

Nicky Mustang and Nagambie Bale collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Nicky Mustang and Agnet Bale raced wide approaching the second turn. Nagambie Bale checked off Agnet Bale on the third turn. Center checked off Steamer Redeemer on the home turn. Tiggerlong Gas checked off Center in the home straight. 

A post-race sample was taken from Steamer Redeemer - the winner of the event.

Tiggerlong Gas underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Kisber and Crumb Snags were slow to begin.

Aston Ariarne crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Forever A Dream and Kisber. Aston Ariarne and  Lead The Way collided approaching the first turn. Kisber and Forever A Dream collided approaching the first turn. Crumb Snags checked off Forever A Dream on the first turn. Mick's Kimmy checked off Forever A Dream on the second turn. Arby's Lucy and Crumb Snags collided in the home straight checking Arby's Lucy. Arby's Lucy checked off Kisber approaching the winning post.

A post-race sample was taken from Aston Ariarne - the winner of the event.

Prior to the All Clear given, Stewards conferred with the Judge regarding the placing's between third and fourth (Mick's Kimmy 7 and Crumb Snags 8). After viewing the official photo, Stewards were satisfied that there was a margin between Mick's Kimmy and Crumb Snags for third placing. Stewards also sighted the official time for each greyhound and were satisfied that the times were different to the fourth decimal point, which is not displayed in Fastrack. The All Clear was given on the Judge's numbers 4, 3, 7 & 8. 

Caps Lock On was slow to begin.

Blue Stringray and Gladiator Hulk collided soon after the start checking Blue Stringray and Swarm. Gladiator Hulk crossed to rail approaching the first turn checking Blue Stringray and Ernie Prang. Ernie Prang checked off Blue Stingray on the first turn. Swarm galloped on Caps Lock On approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Ledgerwood Libby raced wide in the home straight.

Swarm underwent a post-race veterinary examination at trainer's request and was found to have a right foreleg dew claw injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed

So Predictable was slow to begin.

Crackerjack Carr, She's So Kind and Spring Bolt collided soon after the start. Ranako Bale and Aragog collided soon after the start checking Aragog. Crackerjack Carr raced wide approaching the first turn checking She's So Kind. Aragog checked off Spring Bolt on the first turn checking So Predictable.

Kaheem Bale and Vardan Bale were slow to begin. 

Toby Castle, Vardan Bale and Balbina Bale collided soon after the start checking Vardan Bale. Run Machine checked off Code Cracker on the first turn checking Kanga Lights. Toby Castle checked off Balbina Bale on the first turn. Run Machine and Code Cracker collided in the home straight.

This event was delayed by approximately 1.5 minutes to hold for a Bordertown gallops event.

Aussie Secret was quick to begin.  Got The Torque was slow to begin. Yozo Bale stumbled at box rise and was slow to begin. 

Aussie Secret and Hennessey collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn. Aussie Secret checked off Hennessey on the first turn. Yozo Bale and Got The Torque in the home straight checking Yozo Bale. Aussie Secret raced wide in the home straight.

The start of this race was re-scheduled from 5.58pm to 6.00pm, as requested by Sky Channel.

Off Switch, Orson Ruby and Mepunga Bundy were slow to begin.

Orson Ruby and Limburg Argon collided soon after the start checking Orson Ruby. Jumping Jack and Limburg Argon collided soon after the start  and again approaching the first turn. Sarah's Shout and Conroy collided on the first turn checking Sarah's Shout. Jumping Jack and Orson Ruby collided on the first turn checking Jumping Jack. Off Switch galloped on Sarah's Shout on the first turn checking Mepunga Bundy. Off Switch and Winnie Coaster collided approaching the home turn checking Winnie Coaster and Jumping Jack.

A pre-race sample was taken from Gunai Outlaw.

Gunai Outlaw was slow to begin.

Gunai Outlaw and Spring Poldark collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn checking Gunai Outlaw. Gunai Outlaw and Reiko Barty raced wide in the home straight.

Aston Marla checked off Blazing Beast on the first turn checking Spring Hondo, Judith and Sassenach. Astro Boy raced wide in the home straight.

Madam Evie – In accordance with GAR 73, presented for a re-vet at the conclusion of kennelling as the greyhound was found to be injured at Meadows on 27/10/21  Madam Evie was examined by the on-track veterinarian and found to be not free from injury.  Madam Evie was Not Cleared to race.  A sample was taken for analysis.
