Steward's Report
Good Boy Colombo was quick to begin. Ronnie Armo and Mt. View Redgie collided soon after the start checking Big City Nights. Express Blaze checked off Good Boy Colombo soon after the start. Prince Nangana galloped on Empress Blaze on the first turn checking Gold Tie Bob and Mt. View Redgie, severely checking Prince Nangana which stumbled and lost considerable ground. Big City Nights crossed to the outside on the home turn.
Prince Nangana underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Good Boy Colombo - the winner of the event.
