Dodge Coupe was slow to begin. Mighty Matilda and So Joe Mac collided approaching the first turn. Mighty Matilda checked off So Joe Mac approaching the first turn. Mighty Matilda checked off Princess America on the home turn and collided with Dodge Coupe, causing both greyhounds to race wide.
Princess America underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
