Steward's Report
Showtime Boomer was slow to begin.
Showtime Boomer checked off Rollo Ragnar on the first turn. Instruction and Graclyn Bale collided on the first turn, checking Instruction. Sharni's My Girl, Graclyn Bale and Parzival collided entering the back straight, severely checking Graclyn Bale, which fell as a result. Rollo Ragnar faltered in the back straight and fell as a result. Fernando's Quest, Instruction and Sharni's My Girl collided on the third turn, checking Instruction. Parzival checked off Graclyn Bale on the home turn.
Gracyln Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have cervico thoracic injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Rollo Ragnar underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a suspected spinal fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
