Eye Candy crossed in on the first turn and collided with Establishment checking Mt. View Bro, Lulu Osti and Establishment and severely checking Eye Spy Skye and Magic Rooster. Mt. View Bro and Magic Rooster collided approaching the home turn. Establishment checked off Lulu Osti approaching the home turn. 

During the running of this event there was no head on vision available in the front straight.

Sicilian, Mt. View Moon and Mt. View Gem collided on the first turn checking Sicilian, Mt. View Moon, Mt. View Gem and Sassy Sal. Lemon and Unravel collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Mt. View Moon and Mt. View Gem collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Mt. View Moon crossed out in the home straight and collided with Mt. View Gem checking Mt. View Moon, Mt. View Gem and Sassy Sal.

Shadow Giblet was quick to begin. Mt. View Blonde was slow to begin.

Oldina Patsy and Invictus Xavier collided approaching the first turn. Revved Up Sal and Classy Edition collided approaching the first turn. Chasing Chops checked off Shadow Giblet on the first turn. Chasing Chops and Oldina Patsy collided on the first turn. Chasing Chops crossed out on the first turn. Mt. View Blonde crossed out on the home turn and checked off Chasing Chops. Mt. View Blonde and Chasing Chops raced wide on the home turn. Masani Bale and Shadow Giblet collided in the home straight.

Zipping Margo was quick to begin. 

Zipping Gomez and Yareli Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Yareli Bale. Victory Fire checked off Inter Vince on the first turn causing Victory Fire to collide with Zipping Gomez checking Victory Fire, Zipping Gomez, Big City Nights and Strike Two. Inter Vince visibly eased and turned its head outwards on the second turn and collided with Zipping Margo checking both greyhounds. Big City Nights and Inter Vince collided in the back straight checking Big City Nights. Inter Vince crossed to the rail on the third turn checking Strike Two. Big City Nights crossed out on the home turn.

Inter Vince underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Mr. Tony Interligi declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted. Stewards spoke to Mr. T. Interligi, the Kennel Representative of Inter Vince regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the second turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1), Inter Vince was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Interligi pleaded not guilty to the charge, Inter Vince was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Cranbourne and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Pacific Bar and Witchie's Gas collided on the first turn checking Witchie's Gas. About Bob, Mt. View Ginger and Witchie's Gas collided on the first turn checking About Bob severely checking Mt. View Ginger and Witchie's Gas. About Bob raced wide approaching the home turn and again in the home straight.

Cairnlea Winnie and Mt. View Shark collided approaching the first turn. Cairnlea Winnie and Powder Burn collided on the first turn causing Powder Burn to collide with Mt. View Shark and severely checking Cairnlea Winnie, Powder Burn and Mt. View Shark, Mt. View Shark fell as a result. How's It Alice and Superior Jessica collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds. 

Mt. View Shark underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of Panadero Grace with Trainer Mr. Joseph Sultana and noted his comments.

Shanghai Avatar was quick to begin. Shady Talks was slow to begin.

Breakaway Benji checked off Panadero Grace approaching the first turn. Shady Talks and Violation collided on the first turn checking Shady Talks, Violation and Gizmo Osti. GIzmo Osti checked off Violation on the first turn. Take A Daisy and Shanghai Avatar collided in the home straight.

Panadero Grace underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Shanghai Avatar – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events in accordance with GAR 52.

Odessa Rock and Soldier collided on the first turn. King Chad and Another Attempt collided on the first turn checking King Chad, Another Attempt, Devon Lass and Carnivore. Soldier checked off Carnivore approaching the home turn.

Hurricane Red checked off Spritely Star on the first turn causing Hurricane Red to faulter and lose ground. Rocks Got Talent and Totally Balanced collided on the first turn checking Totally Balanced. Midnight Breeze and Snap Decision collided approaching the home turn. Pretty Mouse crossed out approaching the home turn and checked off Princess America. Totally Balanced faultered and lost ground in the home straight.

Totally Balanced underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg wrist injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Hurricane Red underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg wrist injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Joseph Sultana, the Kennel Representative of Hurricane Red, regarding its performance in this event. Acting under the provisions of GAR 71 and GAR 72, and taking into consideration the greyhound's previous injury history, Stewards ordered that a veterinary certificate of clearance must be presented and a Satisfactory Field Trial completed before any future nomination will be accepted.
