Steward's Report
Gai Water Star and Swiftly Carson were quick to begin. Bearded Lady was slow to begin.
Adrian which marred Velocity Danika in the home straight, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg flexor tendon injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Judith McMahon, the representative of Adrian regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Adrian was charged with marring. Ms McMahon pleaded not guilty to the charge, Adrian was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Traralgon and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127(a) and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
