Steward's Report
Deedee's Charm was quick to begin.
Highway Man and Mac Rooster were slow to begin.
Rust Proof galloped on the heels of Deedee's Charm approaching the 200m mark, causing Rust Proof to fall.
Rust Proof underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg hock injury. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
Mac Rooster was severely checked approaching the 200m mark, underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track and deemed it satisfactory for racing.
