Steward's Report
Essential persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, observed social distance requirements, and adhered to room density quotients that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.
A pre-race sample was taken from Sir Chappy.
Flywheel Bandit, Monster Rose and Blue Eyed Angel were slow to begin. Sir Chappy, Wild Junction and Anticipating collided approaching the first turn checking Sir Chappy and Wild Junction. Monster Rose and Blue Eyed Angel collided approaching the first turn checking Monster Rose. Anticipating crossed in on the first turn severely checking Sir Chappy, Blue Eyed Angel, Wild Junction, Flywheel Bandit and Monster Rose causing Sir Chappy to contact the running rail and fall. Flywheel Bandit and Blue Eyed Angel collided on the home turn.
Sir Chappy underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
