Aston Pinot and Osprey Rose collided approaching the first turn. Fernando's Quest and Boom Out collided on the first turn. Killashandra, Aston Pinot and Osprey Rose collided on the first turn; checking Aston Pinot, Osprey Rose and Aces Are Trumps. Killashandra and Tapering Off collided approaching the home turn. Tapering Off checked off the heels of Boom Out on the home turn. Aston Pinot and Boom Out collided approaching the winning post; causing Boom Out to contact the rail.
Boom Out underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left hindleg. No stand down period was imposed.
